This insulated roof curb has a 21" square OD that will fit a vent or fan with a 21.5-inch OD or AVP's 18-inch vents or fans. These insulated curbs are only compatible with vents or fans with curb mount flange. AVP's prefabricated Roof Curbs are for flat roof or low-slope roof applications.
Insulation is Johns Manville R-6, 1-inch thick foil-faced polyiso board. Polyiso has the highest R-value per inch of any rigid board insulation. This insulation meets both CFC- and HCFC-free specification requirements.
Installation: Only for EPDM, PVC, and TPO roofs.

The flashing allows for fasteners to attach the curb to the roof securely. Once placed, it is to be covered with roofing material for a water-tight seal.
Building heavy wooden curbs can cause damage to the roofing membrane. Instead, eliminate the possibility of damage by using AVP's prefabricated ones. This roof curb is aluminum alloy 3003-H14 with a 0.040" thickness (± 0.005”).
